Head of School - Western Thailand

Essential Educational Staffing is recruiting an experienced Head of School for a new international school in western Thailand. This is a senior full-time leadership position starting ASAP. Salary: 100,000 THB per month with housing provided.

The school follows a Finnish-inspired curriculum with a strong focus on child-centred learning, wellbeing and modern teaching methods. The successful candidate will lead the academic team, support teachers and oversee the school's academic programme and day-to-day operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced school leader who is looking for a meaningful role in a forward-thinking school environment. The school is committed to building a strong, collaborative culture from the ground up, and the Head of School will play a central part in shaping its identity and direction.

Previous school leadership experience is preferred. We are looking for someone who leads by example, communicates clearly, and is genuinely committed to the development of both students and staff.

Requirements

Previous school leadership experience preferred
Relevant degree in Education or a related field
Strong communication and people management skills
Commitment to child-centred and modern teaching approaches
Valid passport from Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, South Africa, United Kingdom or United States
References and criminal background check
