Essential Educational Staffing recruits native English speaking teachers for Thai private schools, kindergartens, bilingual schools and smaller international schools in Bangkok and across Thailand. We have done this since 2007 and currently have over 140 teachers placed in 32 schools.

What we do for your school

• Advertise the position and shortlist suitable native English speaking teachers.
• Interview every teacher in person and check degrees, teaching certificates, references and background.
• Arrange a demo lesson at your school so you see the teacher in a classroom before you decide.
• Handle the Non B visa, work permit and the paperwork that goes with them.
• Visit every term to observe lessons and check that lesson plans are followed and course books are used and graded correctly.
• Provide a substitute teacher when a teacher is absent.

Who we recruit for

Thai private schools, kindergartens, bilingual schools and international schools. We recruit teachers of English, maths, science, computing, art, music and PE for kindergarten, primary and secondary classes. Client schools are not named on this site.
